Hello,
My name is Shannon, and I'm 15 years old. I've been playing horn now for only 4 years, and love it. I started in grade six, and now, going into grade 10, am playing 1st horn in my schools Senior Symphonic Band. Our Senior Symphonic Band, consists of grade 10, 11 and 12. However last year, in grade 9, I was invited to play in it. In my grade 10 year, I am going to be one of 2 horn players in our entire band program. Since our 1st horn graduated, I now have to step up and take that role. A former trumpet player switched to horn so that we could have a 2nd horn player. I was voted a sort of, M.V.P for our grade 9 band last year, voted on by my peers. I'm very excited for my last few years in high school, and look forward to starting lessons in the fall.
